I had a great experience at this Hotel. My room was clean and the full kitchen saved on eating out every meal. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond on many things. The Grab and Go breakfast was a quick way to get something to eat on my way out every morning. It was simple but satisfied. For a family vacation or a business person staying in the area, this is a great option for anyone.

Front desk lady was helpful and very polite, probably the only good thing to say about this hotel. Got in after midnight on 5-26, slid the bathroom door open and could hear something sliding across the floor, and found a beer top. Not a big deal till morning when we saw what looked to be vomit on the chair and floor. The bed was made so I suspect it was cleaned. Over $100 for a queen bed and a 7 hour stay. Unfortunately this was the last room and only hotel with room in Springfield.

We will not give this hotel any stars but, in order to post, I had to choose one. The room was dirty. We purchased cleaning items to clean the floor, counter tops, and the tub.One of the comforters had a stain on it so, we removed it from the bed. The TV had a shortage in the cord so, it didn't turn on until an employee corrected it. But, the picture was not great on all channels. We also purchased an air plug in because the room smelled like smoke. We had to ask for the dishes that belong in the kitchen area and the silverware was not clean. Our stay was shorten to only two days instead of a week. We checked out early and found a better hotel to stay.

Regardless of the amount of stars a hotel is rated for they can all still be clean the same. The front desk man was extremely nice and polite set me up in my first room, there was some nasty, weird, shiny, and possibly sticky stuff on my blanket. (First picture). went downstairs told him that that room was a no-go, told him what was going on. He set me up in another room on a completely different floor said hopefully this one was cleaned by someone who cared. This one also had some weird stuff on the blanket as well. I can't stay in a place that's not clean. He refunded my money and I went somewhere else.
